This policy explains what data testimonials.ltd collects, why, and what we do with it. testimonials.ltd is operated by Ertiqah. The short version: you own your data, we do not sell it, and you can export everything any time.
There are two kinds of data here. First, account data: the information you give us to run your account, like your email and billing details. Second, collected content: the testimonials, names, photos, and videos your customers submit to you through testimonials.ltd. We treat the collected content as yours.
Account data you provide when you sign up and use the service: your email, account settings, and the sites where you use the product. Payment details are handled by our payment processor, not stored on our servers. We also collect basic usage and device information to keep the service secure and working, and limited analytics to understand how the product is used.
When someone submits a testimonial through your collection form, we store what they sent (their words, rating, name, and any photo or video) so you can manage and display it. We may record the country a reviewer submitted from to help you understand your audience. This content belongs to you, the account owner, and you control whether it is published.
We use your data to run the service: authenticate you, store and display testimonials, process payments, send service emails, provide support, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the testimonials you collect to train AI models.
We share data only with the service providers we need to operate, such as hosting, storage, our payment processor, and email delivery, and only so they can perform that work for us. We may disclose data if the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal data to advertisers.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your settings, and measure how the product is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser, though turning some off may affect how the service works.
We store data with reputable cloud providers and keep it for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete content or close your account, we remove it within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep records, for example for tax or legal reasons.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Export is built in: you can download your testimonials and content any time. If you want your account fully deleted, email us and we will take care of it. People who submitted testimonials can ask you, the account owner, to update or remove their content.
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to limit access to it.
