Get a direct link to your Facebook Page reviews, a QR code and a printable sign. Paste your Page link, your @username or your Page ID. No login, and we show you the real Facebook URL so it is yours to keep.
Facebook swapped star ratings for a simple question in 2018: “Do you recommend this business?” The customer taps Yes or No and writes a few words. Your review link drops them on the Reviews tab, one tap away from that question.
Your Page still shows a rating out of 5, worked out from recommendations and any older star reviews. More recent Yes answers lift it.
A Facebook review link is your Page address with /reviews on the end. Replace YOUR_USERNAME with the name after facebook.com/ in your Page address:
https://www.facebook.com/YOUR_USERNAME/reviewsIf your Page has no username, its address shows a number instead. That is your Page ID, and the link becomes:
https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=YOUR_PAGE_ID&sk=reviewsThe ID version never changes, even if you rename the Page later, so it is the safer choice for anything you print.
Open your Page. The address bar shows facebook.com/ followed by your username. If it shows profile.php?id= and a long number, your Page has no username yet; that number is your Page ID, and the tool works with it too.
Open your Page, tap the three dots under the cover photo, then Copy link. Paste that link into the tool; it reads the username or ID for you.
Your username also appears under the Page name as @YourBusiness. Typing @YourBusiness into the tool works just as well as the full link.
Reviews only show when the Page allows them. If your link opens an empty page or “This page isn't available” while you are signed in, switch them on:
Facebook moves these menus from time to time. If the names differ on your screen, search Settings for “reviews”.
Open your business Page and copy the address from the browser bar, for example facebook.com/YourBusiness. On the app, tap the three dots on your Page, then Copy link.
Drop the Page link, your @username or your numeric Page ID into the box above and click Generate review link.
Your direct reviews link appears in full. Copy it, then open it once while signed in to check the Reviews tab shows.
Grab the QR as a PNG or SVG, or pick a printable sign, add your business name, and put it where customers have a phone in hand.
Send the link the day you deliver, in the chat you already have with the customer. One short line and one link.
Add a clear Recommend us on Facebook button. Put your Google link next to it and let people pick.
Print the table tent or sticker. Customers who follow you on Facebook are already signed in on their phone.
Link it from your Thanks page and email signature, and show the best recommendations on the page itself.
Need the words? Copy a ready-made ask from our review request templates and swap in this link. Collecting on Google too? Use the Google review link generator and print both codes on one sign.
A Yes on Facebook helps people who find your Page. The same words on your own site help people who are about to buy. testimonials.ltd imports your Facebook and Google reviews word for word and shows them in a widget like this one, in your colours.
Super tool to manage your LinkedIn posts and much more! Highly recommended.
Very useful tool to keep engaged with intuitive ability to comment and create content.
Legit feels like cloning myself. Trained it once, gave it my VA, and now I barely touch Linkedin!
It has helped me streamlined my LinkedIn posting with high quality writing which actually sounds like me.
80% of the comments it generates are "ready to use" but sometimes the quality feels a bit off. Not sure why. But good overall.
I've used LiGo for 3 months now. It's been very helpful for me and my team. I usually use it word my ideas in a nicer way.
Customers write or record a testimonial on your own review page, then tap through to recommend you on Facebook or Google. Nobody needs an account to leave the testimonial. See the no-login testimonial form.
It is a direct link to the Reviews tab of your Facebook business Page. A customer taps it, lands on your reviews, answers "Do you recommend this business?" with Yes or No, and adds a few words. It saves them finding your Page and hunting for the tab.
Add /reviews to the end of your Page address. If your Page lives at facebook.com/YourBusiness, your review link is https://www.facebook.com/YourBusiness/reviews. If your Page has no username, use https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=YOUR_PAGE_ID&sk=reviews. The tool above builds either one from whatever you paste.
No. It runs in your browser and nothing you paste is sent to us. Generate the link, copy it and download the QR code as often as you like.
Usually one of two things. Either reviews are switched off on your Page (turn them on in Settings, Privacy, Page and tagging), or you opened the link while signed out of Facebook, which hides the Reviews tab. Sign in and try again. If the Page username was changed recently, generate a fresh link from the new address.
Reviews only appear on business Pages, not personal profiles or groups, and only when the Page owner allows them. Switch into your Page, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Privacy, then Page and tagging, and turn on "Allow others to view and leave reviews on your Page?". Some Page categories do not show reviews at all.
Not for new reviews. Since 2018 Facebook asks "Do you recommend this business?" with a Yes or No answer plus a short comment, and calls these recommendations. Your Page still shows an overall rating out of 5, worked out from recommendations and older star reviews.
Yes. Once your link is generated, download the QR code as a PNG or SVG, or pick a printable sign: a table tent, an A4 poster, a round sticker or a business card. Customers scan it with their phone camera and land on your reviews.
On most phones with the Facebook app installed, yes: the link hands over to the app and opens your Page. Depending on the app version it opens the Reviews tab directly or your Page home, where the customer taps Reviews. On a computer it opens the Reviews tab in the browser.
No. Facebook only accepts recommendations from people signed in to a Facebook account. Most customers are signed in through the app already, so for them it is one tap. For customers who are not on Facebook, collect a testimonial on your own page instead.
Only if you change your Page username, because the username is part of the link. If you plan to rename the Page, use the Page ID version instead (profile.php?id=...&sk=reviews), which never changes, and print that on anything permanent.
No. Meta's rules do not allow rewards in exchange for reviews or recommendations, and those reviews can be removed. Ask every customer the same way, with no reward attached, and never ask only the happy ones.
