The skill imports through the connector, so connect Claude first.
Paste your Trustpilot or G2 link. If the site blocks bots, open the page, use View page source, and paste that in, or save the page and attach the file.
Word for word, with the reviewer's name, photo, rating, date and link. You get a preview table before anything is saved.
Only 4 and 5 stars? Only the ones that mention support? Straight to live, or into your approval queue? Your call.
Duplicates are skipped. Photos are copied to your own storage, so they do not break when the source site changes.
Words are never rewritten. Every imported review keeps a “via” source, like “via G2”, and a link back to the original.
Some review pages load hundreds of reviews with scripts, or block automated visitors. Bring your own Apify API token and the skill switches to an Apify scraper for those pages. It is optional: pasting the page source works for most sites.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI apps like Claude use tools from other services. Our connector is an MCP server at https://testimonials.ltd/mcp. Once you connect it, Claude can read and manage the testimonials in your account when you ask it to.
Claude on the web and desktop, and Claude Code. ChatGPT works too, where your ChatGPT plan supports custom connectors in developer mode. Other apps that support remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in can use the same URL.

No. The import skill copies every review word for word. Each one keeps its reviewer name, photo, rating, original date, a “via” source such as “via Trustpilot”, and a link back to the original. Claude only edits text when you ask it to fix a specific typo.
Any public page that shows reviews: Trustpilot, G2, Capterra, Google, Yelp, the App Store, Product Hunt and others. There is no browser extension to install. You give Claude the link, or the page itself.
Some sites block automated visitors. Open the page in your browser, choose View page source, copy it and paste it into the chat, or save the page and attach the file. For very large or script-heavy pages, add your own Apify API token and the skill uses an Apify scraper instead.
