These terms cover your use of testimonials.ltd, a product operated by Ertiqah. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. We have tried to keep them readable.
testimonials.ltd helps you collect text, photo, and video testimonials from your customers and display them on your own website through embeddable widgets and a public wall of love. You bring your customers and your content. We provide the tools to collect, manage, and show it.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Give us accurate information when you sign up. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. If you add team members, you are responsible for their use of the service.
The testimonials, names, photos, videos, and other material you collect are yours. You grant us only the limited permission we need to host, process, and display that content so the service works for you. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train models. You can export everything, any time.
You are responsible for having the right to collect and publish the testimonials you gather, including consent from the people who give them. Do not use testimonials.ltd to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or that you do not have permission to show. We can remove content or suspend accounts that break this.
testimonials.ltd is sold as a one-time purchase for lifetime access to the plan you buy, not a recurring subscription, except for any optional add-ons that are clearly billed monthly. Prices, plan limits, and any add-ons are described on the pricing page. Taxes may apply depending on where you are.
We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase. If testimonials.ltd is not right for you, email us within 14 days for a full refund. See the refund policy for the details.
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse the service, scrape data you do not own, resell access without permission, or use it to send spam. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that do.
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for testimonials.ltd. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data beyond what you can export.
You can stop using testimonials.ltd at any time and export your data before you go. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. Sections that should reasonably survive termination, such as content ownership and liability, continue to apply.
