testimonials.ltd starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged anything until the trial ends, so that window is your risk-free period, not a separate money-back guarantee stacked on top of it.
When you start a plan, you get 14 days to use it before your card is charged. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing at all. This replaces a traditional post-purchase refund window: try everything first, and only pay if you decide to keep it.
If your trial converted and you were charged, and you meant to cancel before then, email [email protected] promptly. We handle these case by case, especially soon after the charge, but this is not a standing guarantee the way the free trial is.
Once the trial converts and you are charged, you own the plan for good, the same as any one-time purchase. Export your testimonials and content any time; export is built into the product.
Optional add-ons that are billed monthly, such as extra video capacity, are separate from the one-time plan purchase and are not covered by the trial. You can cancel a monthly add-on any time to stop future charges. The current period is not pro-rated.
