testimonials.ltd is a one-time purchase, and it comes with a 14-day refund. If it is not the right fit, you get your money back. No hoops.
You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to request a full refund. If testimonials.ltd is not working for you, email us within that window and we will refund what you paid for the plan.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask for a refund. You do not have to justify it. A short note about what did not work helps us improve, but it is not required.
We process refunds promptly after you ask. Once processed, the money is returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show it.
When we issue a refund, access to the paid plan ends. Export your testimonials and content first if you want to keep them. Export is built into the product, so you can take everything with you before the refund is processed.
Optional add-ons that are billed monthly, such as extra video capacity, are not covered by the one-time 14-day window. You can cancel a monthly add-on any time to stop future charges. The current period is not pro-rated.
